Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return costs are to be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Packages must always be sent to our warehouse, at Gammelbyvej 27, 7323 Give, as packages are not picked up at parcel shops.

Damage and issues
You should inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The EU's 14-day cooling-off period Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember, it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty Rights

Under Danish sales law, a 2-year warranty is provided on products. The warranty applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
Claims must must be communicated to MakerHelle.dk within a reasonable time after receipt of the product. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damages due to incorrect operation of the product.
MakerHelle.dk covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent COD.
