Our BundSolid base shapers help you open the clay lump quickly and precisely, and shape an even base to the thickness you want. It gives you a nice, uniform base – ready for further shaping and easier turning.

The bottom shaper also shapes the inner edge of the clay – and you can easily adjust the shape afterwards with, for example, a turning rail if you want to adjust the expression.

The bottom former is available in different sizes, so you can choose the model that best suits the dimensions of your workpieces and your working methods.

Flexible and adjustable

The bottom former itself provides a bottom thickness of 8 mm .
The product comes with an insert for 10 mm bottom thickness , so you have two choices from the start. If you want other thicknesses, you can purchase loose inserts – and thus adapt the tool to your needs and workpieces.
